Ok I'm going to be as nice as I can but that's going to be hard. We drove 60 some miles to look at a Ford sport trac we called before we left got lost ended up at the wrong Jeff Wyler location (A going to be hard. We drove 60 some miles to look at a Ford sport trac we called before we left got lost ended up at the wrong Jeff Wyler location (Alexandria) was told they were going to bring the truck to us,and it would be 20 mins after 40 mins we were told it wasn't coming cause we had a appt. at the Burlington Pike location. Drove to the correct location looked at the truck liked it while waiting for them to put gas in it so we could test drive it. Another sales person had someone there for the same one the sales person was giving us grieve and the sales person we were dealing with. We were giving about 15 mins to test drive it, decided we wanted it as we were trying to get the paperwork the other people and sales lady was sitting behind our sales person that we were dealing with talking about how they wanted it. The lady wrote a not so nice message about the sales person we were working with and put it in the window so we see it. They made a appt. to come back at 9 30 the next day, After that it did not seem like our sales person wanted us to get the truck. So we left with out the truck I want after the drive, they call the home phone before we got home too late to call them back, they called next morning we didn't hear phone, sent us text so we called back. They told us the could get us the truck for what we wanted and they would call back in 15 mins. After about 4 1/2 hours later and about 3 voice messages from us to them we found out that the person who was there at 9 30 drove it for about 4 hour then bought it at 1o'clock. But no one could call and tell us! Plus they lowered the price by 2000 dollars. I really don't have any thing nice to say about this dealership. Don't go there! And don't drive far either it was a very wasted trip! I really don't thing they will even let this review post, but this is the facts of our experience. Guess you have to know someone that works there to get the good deals! More

This review has been updated to reflect the dealerships willingness to swap out the "old" used car that I had purchased from them three months ago that had been in for service 6 times for a "new" used car willingness to swap out the "old" used car that I had purchased from them three months ago that had been in for service 6 times for a "new" used car that was as close to feature for feature as possible While the initial experience was rough going, this switch has gone a long way to making up for the wasted time away from work. Once again Jeff Wyler service department has gone way above average to fix my car. I had been having a problem with the brakes. Our salesman, Dave Navarre was so helpful and never pressured me into buying. He is very knowledgeable and presented me with a ton of information that I needed for my new purchase. I did not arrive to the dealer until 7:00PM. They were not upset about staying late to take my business and despite the time, did not rush during anytime of the process. I felt very welcome and truly felt like they wanted my business. Very satisfied! More

I test drove a similar vehicle without the items I was looking for and was not sold at first. I came back a week later and Jim Barnard had made a dealer trade for exactley the vehicle i was looking for . It had everything that I was looking for. I was very happy after test driving this car that I went home with it. Jim did not presuure or hound me during the week that had gone by. He did email me to notify that he was still available to assist me in finding a vehicle for me if I had not found on yet. This non pressure approach was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend this dealership and Jim Barnard to all my family and friends. It was a pleasure to have done business with them. I now am very satified with my choice 2013 GMC Terrain and love my Terrrain. I will be a return customer in the future! More
I have never been a fan of car shopping. The games that the sales staff and managers play are exhausting to say the least. Fortunately, my experience at Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac GMC was far from the norm! Our sales associate, David Navarre, took the time and listened to what my husband and I wanted. He never tried to pressure us, nor upsell us. We came in with exactly what we wanted in mind and exactly what we were willing to pay. David never batted an eye. He said he would do what he could to get it done. And that he did. Within 24 hours of first meeting David (it was close to closing time when we stopped in and we had three tired kiddos in tow), I drove off the lot in my new car. All parameters were met, no pressure was ever felt, and no back and forth negotiations ever took place. David Navarre took care of us from start to finish. He even took an extra hour out of his day to review the car from top to bottom with me! My husband and I had such a fantastic experience with David that we will be back when we are due for our next car! More
