Fortunately, my experience at Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac GMC was far from the norm! Our sales associate, David Navarre, took the time and listened to what my husband and I wanted. He never tried to pressure us, nor upsell us. We came in with exactly what we wanted in mind and exactly what we were willing to pay. David never batted an eye. He said he would do what he could to get it done. And that he did. Within 24 hours of first meeting David (it was close to closing time when we stopped in and we had three tired kiddos in tow), I drove off the lot in my new car. All parameters were met, no pressure was ever felt, and no back and forth negotiations ever took place. David Navarre took care of us from start to finish. He even took an extra hour out of his day to review the car from top to bottom with me! My husband and I had such a fantastic experience with David that we will be back when we are due for our next car! More
