When I called, I informed the receptionist that I wanted to speak with a salesperson. She placed me on hold and then Jonell Lattimore picked up. He was both helpful and professional. I explained to him that I had been looking for this particular vehicle for a while, and that I was ready to drive from Indianapolis to Cincinnati to purchase it, if everything checked out alright. Jonell insured that he would take care of me and that the car looked great. He gave me confidence in making the drive to do business with him. This was important, because a week prior to this, I saw a similar vehicle online that was located in Columbus, OHio, at an Infinity dealership. My wife and I drove all the way to Columbus, only to receive terrible customer service, from an unprofessional, and rude saleswoman and her management. This was not the case with Jonell and his peers. My wife and I made the drive to Superior Acura, and was met with great professionalism and customer service. When we arrived, Joe was parking the recently cleaned vehicle in front of the dealership to meet us. Even though the vehicle was not an Acura, I could tell that Joe had done some quick research on it, so that he could address any questions that I might have about the vehicle. This is what professionals do, and it's what separates the average salesperson from the top salesperson. When it came to the negotiations, it was stress free. The management team was very reasonable, and I could tell that Joe had our best interests in mind. After we agreed to a number, the manager came out of his office and shook our hands. Even the finance manager was very helpful and customer friendly. Our overall experience with Jonell and Superior Acura was jaw dropping. I would recommend them and their services to anyone. I didn't mention to them that I had previous experience as a car salesman a few years ago. I know the sales strategies, the negotiation processes, and all the other things that salespeople are trained to do in order to make a sale. So I was ready, to say the least, but my experience with Superior was nothing like that. My wife and I were very comfortable and felt like customer service was their top priority. I'm happy about my purchase and very satisfied with my experience. More

Another Acura dealer is about 10 minutes from my home but I'd rather deal with a Superior because their service is described by their name. JoNell Lattimore is a great salesperson who provided great service and helped me to get a great deal on a great car. I even left a few things in the car I traded and he retrieved them for me. He's respectful, knowledgeable about the product he is selling and he doesn't mince words or use fast talk jargon. If he's there when it's time for my fourth MDX, I'll work with him to sign and drive. More

Once we worked out the details for our purchase, the transaction could not have been smoother. Steve, Lenny Pugh and Brandon Agee made it a pleasure to purchase our MDX from Superior Acura. Steve spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the features and making my wife comfortable with the car. Steve has followed up since the purchase and I have his cell phone if we have any questions. Lenny Pugh did everything he could to get us the Dark Cherry Pearl MDX we wanted at a fair price.
