He informed us that he had been keeping an eye out for that particular vehicle, and was calling to let us know that he had found one. My wife and I went by the dealership that evening, and after an enthusiastic greeting from AJ and a short test drive, we experienced the most enjoyable negotiation session on price that we have ever had, regardless of the dealership. Start to finish, it concluded in less than 10 minutes, and from our perspective, it was a total win-win for everyone involved. Everyone we encountered within Superior Acura was extremely pleasant, courteous, professional, and a complete joy to work with, especially AJ. A few days later when we went over to take delivery of the vehicle, AJ patiently spent in excess of 2 hours of his time, methodically going over every last aspect of vehicle operation, including programming the technology system with each of our smart phones. After a weekend's worth of driving up to Michigan and back with our "new" car, AJ called again to inquire as to how the vehicle performed throughout our journey, and to ask again whether or not we needed any additional help deciphering any of the vehicle's operational controls. At the conclusion of my call with AJ, he implored me, and to pass along to my wife, to contact him if and when any future situation arises calling for clarification of any aspect of vehicle operation or maintenance. This was, by a huge margin, the best, most enjoyable experience we have ever had in a car dealership, and we look forward to working with AJ, and the entire team of Superior Acura professionals for many years to come. If and when plans call for our purchase of either a new or used vehicle in the future, we will turn first to AJ Gray and the team from Superior Acura in Fairfield, Ohio.
