Thank you for taking the time to review us. You are correct. We really dropped the ball in this situation. Jonell has been with us for approximately ten months. He should not have been discussing financial issues with a client. That is left to Brandon our Business Manager. Brandon should have and would have discussed your payment due dates while in the business office at the lease closing. All leases have the first payment paid at inception and the second payment will always be due in 30 days. In addition, The service tech leaves me with no excuse. The vehicle should have never been given to you in that condition. I trust that when you returned they did make the cleanup acceptable? We are always trying to improve on our procedures. We will make mistakes. That is why we value even a negative review. It gives us an opportunity to teach, learn and improve. Without your input we would not have been able to identify a problem.
