I am 61 years old and have been through this process a few times. I can unequivocally say, that this experience of buying this car and working with Kool Ken was my best experience of all time. In sports world, the term GOAT is used to refer to Greatest Of All Time. Kool Ken is my auto GOAT. My wife and I spent a couple days figuring out what we want. Ken was there to listen and then recommend what would meet our needs. This selection process is overwhelming at times, especially with all of the new technology in the cars. Ken went out on the test drive with us to teach us how to use the new features. Then, he would hop out and let us test drive the car. The negotiation process was made fun by Ken. It really felt like he was working hard for us in the back room to get our price. Presentation of our car was perfect. It was cleaned and parked inside the showroom.
