The suggestions I have for improving there customer experience are to speed up the detailing process for their used inventory. The truck was owned by a smoker and it hadn’t even been touched the interior when I arrived from three states away to look at it. It smelled like an ash tray and the inside was very dirty. They said they don’t detail them until they are sold so they don’t have to clean them over and over. The other improvement I suggest would be to speed up the paper work process.
