Leased a new TL in November. Easy transaction. Told me about great service they provide and how many people come back to buy again. First I had to chase them down to find my license plates after a week about great service they provide and how many people come back to buy again. Asked for some help returning my Honda lease (Acura is a Honda company), but couldn't help and didn't return calls again. Would have been better not to tell me they would try when they could care less. Last thing- just this week feb 1, called to ask for help with body work since someone slid into my car in the snow. Response- "Hidy has a body shop in Beavercreek, but you can take it wherever you want" clearly don't care once you are out the door. Thanks for all the help. Car itself was an upgrade, but last dealership was much better. More

My wife was in sudden need of a quality automobile after a family emergency. We found ourselves at Hidy Acura after seeing such high performance cars on their website. After looking at a number of cars (and test-driving) we were able to find just the right automobile...a Hyundai Sonata. The salesperson, Dave Kalmbach was so helpful in giving us great insight in the purchase of our vehicle. He helped to get our car ready for delivery late into the evening as well as directed to a excellent finance department. We really appreciated his care and concern as well as his easy-like spirit.
