However, there is still one thing that put a damper on this experience., and that was a surprise down payment that was not expected or discussed. I said from the beginning that I had no money to put down. I asked when my first payment would be due. My sales person, Garrett, said he didn’t know, but that it was usually 30 days from the purchase date. He then told me that I needed to pay a “hold fee” since I was picking the car up later that week, because it wasn’t on the lot. He said it would be refunded along with a refund for my last payment on my Infiniti lease. I asked him about this twice because it seemed confusing. He said I could get a check for both, or the “hold fee” would be applied to my first payment-the one that was seemingly 30 days away. I said great. I later got a call that my car was actually on the lot the whole time, and that I could pick it up the next day. Upon pick-up, I was told that the $400 was being used as the first payment, but that it was due immediately. I know this was not what we discussed. I feel that I was either manipulated, or that the sales person didn’t know or explain the payment schedule. Either way, I don’t feel good about it. More

As happy as a clam! A few weeks ago, Garrett Evans reached out by email to let me know that my lease was up on my 2016 Acura MDX. After a few email exchanges we were able A few weeks ago, Garrett Evans reached out by email to let me know that my lease was up on my 2016 Acura MDX. After a few email exchanges we were able to set up a time on Saturday to meet and go over new leasing options. Garrett Evans was amazing. He worked his tail off to cater to my family's needs. After a test drive, looking at several different vehicles, deciding on a color, Garrett escorted back inside the dealership. The dealership was relaxing and we were offered snacks and drinks while we waited for our financing approval. My wife and I ended up leasing a third Acura MDX from this dealership. We were even given a discount for our customer loyalty over the years. The entire process was really fast and enjoyable. I will always recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely recommend Garrett Evans as the salesperson to contact. Their was no pressure to purchase but we felt like they had given us an awesome deal. We would highly recommend them for anyone that would be interested in an Acura. Having not bought molding before or able to determine if I could install it myself, I preferred dealership experts who know what they are doing, I am unsure of how to rate the price for the parts and install.
