Great service... but Actual service was great --- but when I called to schedule I asked when our maintenance agreement would be ending... was it mileage based or time base Actual service was great --- but when I called to schedule I asked when our maintenance agreement would be ending... was it mileage based or time based? car has 30K miles but bought in 2017... was told to wait til we got there because it had to be looked up on another computer... said OK but when we got there was told it was expired... hmmm, if I knew that maybe I'd just have the oil changed somewhere else since dealership is out of our way.... anyway--- not very customer friendly to not tell us that our agreement was expired when we called for the appt. would change that practice especially if customer asks....
