You can't expect to hold me account for something I said- I am the average consumer like you. I did a thorough research before committing to 2015 Equinox. As advertised, seemed to be the best value to comparable models. Like many people I am buying a new home. Having payments would hurt the loan process and approval amount. Because I have a great credit score and the money, I decided to do a one time pay for the 2 year lease up front as one payment so that it wouldn't impact my home loan. I raised my concerns about what would happen if I was in an accident and the car was totaled because I would need to do something different if it wasn't covered. Their finance manager(Nick) assured me any unused months would be prorated and given back to me by their gap coverage. Based on what was said to me, I bought the car and 6 months later was hit by an uninsured motorist that ran a red light. My insurance did their part. I waited almost 3 months, trying to work with them. They didn't give me any of my money back (gap coverage).The contract I signed with Nick did not specify that it did or didn't include gap coverage. So they chose not. When I tried to talk to Nick at Jeff Gordon about it, he quickly replied "yes they should give you the unused months back". When I explained they weren't, his response was "well you can't expect to hold me accountable for something I said". Before acting irrationally, I gave Jeff Gordon the opportunity to fix their mistake. They tried to sell me a car was their solution. I am taking them to court. But my message is this, if I had known about how shady and dishonest they were, I definitely would've gone somewhere else. If they can lie about whatever they like and not hold to it, is this someone you want to do business with? More

Horrible Experience! I have been looking for a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali Summit White for my wife for Valentines day and I finally came across it on Jeff Gordan Chevrolet web I have been looking for a 2011 GMC Acadia Denali Summit White for my wife for Valentines day and I finally came across it on Jeff Gordan Chevrolet website Saturday February 13.2016. I called and talked to Katie on the phone and she told me they had the vehicle on the lot. I told her I lived about 2 hours away from Wilmington and that I did not want to waste a trip and the vehicle not be there and I was reassured that the vehicle was there. My wife myself and my father made the drive there to find out that the vehicle was in Concord NC. I had been lied to, I wasted gas and time just to get there to be told they had similar vehicles. The manager had the worse attitude of any cars salesman I have ever dealt with and told us if we signed the paperwork and promised to but the vehicle they would deliver it in the next four hours.When we called back to speak to Katie she refused to get on the phone and we had to speak with another representative. I have never been so disappointed in a car dealership as I was this day. The attitudes of the workers and the lies were just horrible. More

He directed me to the Chevy Cruze's which are at a great price! We test drove a 2015 Chevy Cruze L Manual and I loved it. Told him my max payment amount I was comfortable with considering my insurance would be high, and he tried everything he could. Unfortunately with the amount of negative equity ($2500) and my monthly income, I wasn't able to drive off the lot that day in a brand new car but if you are planning on stopping by Jeff Gordon Chevrolet, I would highly recommend asking for Ben Frame. He's an honest down to earth guy and will do everything in his power to get you the best price and treat you right with honesty and professionalism! More
