We did not experience this AT ALL with Ken and Jeff Gordon Chevy, from the start he asked us what we wanted and focused only on that. He took the time to find us exactly what we came in to find, explaining in detail every step of the process when we had a question. NEW CAR MANAGER TOTALY DISHONEST WITH ME FROM BEGINING. TODAY I CAME INTO JEFF GORDON AND WAS GREETED BY TRAVIS . I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, PRIOR TO RUNNING MY CREDIT I WANTED A ECONOMICAL CAR TO D TODAY I CAME INTO JEFF GORDON AND WAS GREETED BY TRAVIS . I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, PRIOR TO RUNNING MY CREDIT I WANTED A ECONOMICAL CAR TO DRIVE FOR A COMMUTER VEHICLE ONLY. I STATED I WANTED $200.00 MONTHLY PAY AND 60MONTH FINANCE. I WAS LOOKING AT 2017 SPARK . I WAS VERY CLEAR THAT IF IT WAS NO AT REALISTIC NUMBER I DIDNT WANT TO WASTE ANYONES TIME .CREDIT WAS NOT GONNA BE AN ISSUE . I DIDNT WANT TO PUT DOWN ANY MONEY .. AGAIN I ASKED DID THIS EVEN SOUND POSSIBLE BEFOR RUNNING ANY CREDIT , SINCE I DIDNT WANT MINE OR MY WIFES RAN IF IT WASNT POSSIBLE. NEW CAR MANAGER ( SOTT) CAME OUT ASSURED ME IT WAS DOABLE. I SAID NOT 201.00 NOT 210.00 BUT 200.00 AND IT WAS OK IF THEY COULDNT GET TO THAT NUMBER .. BUT I DIDNT WANT CREDIT RAN UNLESS THEY COULD DO THIS (SCOTT) STATED IT COULD BE DONE SO I LET THEM RUN BOTH MINE AND MY WIFES CREDIT AND THEY CAME BACK WITH 255.00 MONTHLY AND 2500.00 DOWN AND TRYING TO GET 72 MONTH FIN. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED THEM NOT TO DO. SO I LEFT BUT NOW IVE HAD BOTH OF OUR CREDIT RAN OVER SOMTHING HE SAID HE COULD DO AND THEN COULDNT. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TOTALY MISLED BY A MANAGER . I HAD A CREDIT RATING OF OVER 700 BYMYSELF, THIS LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH FOR JEFF GORDON. I LEFT VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISTRUSTING. TRAVIS WAS A VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL SALESMAN BUT THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN . I WAS HONEST AND UPFRONT AND I EXPECT THE SAME WHEN I MADE IT CLEAR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. More

SHOW UP AFTER DRIVING 110 MILES ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY SOLD THE TRUCK ALREADY THE PREVIOUS NIGHT OR THAT A,M, TALK ABOUT BEING PIS--D OFF, THEY COULD HAVE LET ME KNOW THERE WAS ANOTHER PERSON LOOKING AT IT. GUESS THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF LOOSING A SALE IF THAT PERSON BACKED OUT. THEN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANOTHER TRUCK I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN, YEAH RIGHT!!! More

Buyer beware My mother in law purchased a sonic from them and it has had nothing but issues. Recently the vehicle went in for recall work and on the way home from My mother in law purchased a sonic from them and it has had nothing but issues. Recently the vehicle went in for recall work and on the way home from the "fix" it broke down. Dis not even make it 15 miles. They claimed it was unrelated. Today we go in to pick it up as they said it was fixed but now it has no power steering, no AC, no radio and other issues. Do not trust this dealership. Trust me it's worth the drive to go to Safeway Chevrolet, I have made my purchases there and never had an issue. More
