Straight Up on pricing I used the USAA car buying service and Jeff DAmbrosio was one of the preferred dealers I was referred to. From the beginning of the process Jane Welsh I used the USAA car buying service and Jeff DAmbrosio was one of the preferred dealers I was referred to. From the beginning of the process Jane Welsh the Internet sales rep contacted me and stayed in constant communication throughout the whole process. Out of all the dealers she replied and answered all my questions the quickest, most efficient and with the least amount of hassle compared to the others. They were the only dealer to give me straight up pricing out the door on the vehicle I wanted. When I arrived Tom Russo took care of me fast and very efficient as did Lisa Porter. I have bought many new cars over the years and this was by far the quickest and easiest deal I have ever made buying a new car. I will definitely be back to Jeff's for my future car buying needs. I have a Chevrolet dealer about 4 miles from my house but chose to drive to Jeff's because of their honesty and up front pricing. It was definitely worth the 40 min drive from Maryland. More

Finance needs customer service class Dave Covington was great to work with on trading in our car and purchasing our used Silverado. The financing went well that evening. We decided to stop in the bank to see if we could get a better rate and price for gap insurance which $150.00 less than what was quoted at the dealership. We also wanted disability and life insurance that was not offered. We had no idea that going to our bank would be an issue. While at the bank with the loan officer there was a need for paperwork from the dealership. The loan officer called Lisa Porter to ask for the paperwork needed. I was in shock at how rude Lisa was to the loan officer, I could hear what she said to her on the phone she was so loud. The loan officer handled her rudeness well . I had no idea that getting a loan for a better interest rate and better price for gap insurance and disability and life insurance would cause someone to talk to a complete stranger as Lisa did. I am sure she would do the same if she were in my position to save money on a loan.. We took the check to the dealership that same evening and you could feel the tension when we gave her the check. We did not feel welcome like previously. Long story short. We will not be back to Jeff D'Ambrisio! All because of Lisa Porter. Maybe the dealership doesn't care I am one person, but if she has or continues to treat customers in this manner it will eventually show on the bottom line. More

I was connected to Garrett Brackens, Service Co While traveling across country I contacted Jeff D’Ambrosio Chevrolet about an issue with my 2015 GMC. I was connected to Garrett Brackens, Service Consultant. I advised Garrett of my situation and he said “bring it in, we can work on GMC’s. They checked out my truck the next morning. Garrett kept me informed of the progress and what was needed to correct the problem. He called to let me know the repairs were complete and it was ready to be picked up.
