Neil Pufko who was my salesman did an excellent job meeting all my needs for the vehicle I was looking for. A matter of fact he went above and beyond to make my experience as great as possible. As a first time vehicle buyer I wanted to make sure that I found a reliable vehicle that would last long into the future. Neil Pufko understood what I was looking for and made it happen. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and at first I was a little concerned about a few things such as dents and minor cosmetic damage on both the front and rear bumper. However, Neil made sure that all of that would be cleaned up and made new again. His promise came true and he actually replaced the whole front and rear bumper! He also made me a second copy of a key since there was only one. All I can say is that Neil is a genuine car sales man who is looking out for his customers, and he is also great for putting a smile on your face. I will recommend my family and friends to him for years to come! More

Great car buying experience I had originally inquired about a completely different car I left with. First when I had when over all the pricing per monthly, etc the numbers just d I had originally inquired about a completely different car I left with. First when I had when over all the pricing per monthly, etc the numbers just did not work out for me. So, I wanted to wait until the right car came along. I left and thanked John Duffey for everything he did that morning for me. Later on that evening I get a call stating that John was able to LOWER the monthly payments for me to about the pricing I was looking for. BUT there was a twist... when I had when in the following day John had given me two options, the Mazda I was looking out with higher APR or the VW Tiguan with lower APR/lower payments and get this....It was a 2017! The car I was originally going with was a 2014. Needless to say, my car buying experience was PHENOMENAL and I will never go anywhere else again. So thanks John for doing everything for me and making this process so easy. I love my new car and I keep telling everyone to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio!! More
