Frustrating Initially was a great experience with their sales team but from there it has gone downhill. I was simply trying to get a lean release letter from the Initially was a great experience with their sales team but from there it has gone downhill. I was simply trying to get a lean release letter from there finance department so I could finish registering my vehicle and transfer of the title but nothing. After two weeks of calling them and leaving messages nothing. I finally get a hold of someone in finance today and I'm like yes finally, I tell him I need the letter faxed to the DMV he said OK gave him the number. I figure an hour is plenty of time to fax it but oh no I was wrong nothing when I get to the dmv. I call back right away at noon no one answers, I'm like OK lunch no problem. Call back at 1300 nothing, 1330 nothing, and again at 1400 nothing. Apparently no one in their finance department works after lunch or they forget how to answer a phone. I delay in posting this until the end of business in the hopes they finally call me back, I will also try to call once more today but not too hopeful More

Everything in the paperwork was as we discussed, the signing process was organized and went smooth. While Brett helped me with completing the financing Bob went out and filled the car with a full tank of gas! These guys are spot on, could not have expected a better experience.
