Then we met our salesman who asked if he could help us and right away knew we wanted to do business with Reed Jacques. He took us out for a test drive, we told him what we wanted to finance, and he quickly and very nicely took care of us. It was the most stress free experience I ever had at a dealership. In January, I went to Colonial Hyundai and purchased a Sante Fe Sport. The saleswoman misled me on a couple of things and the sales manager said there was nothing he could do to help me. Went in for an oil change in my 2014 Ram and The oil change went smoothly on the 2014 on Saturday. As I was waiting I was looking at a 2018 Ram on the lot. I sat with Eric for a few minutes and w The oil change went smoothly on the 2014 on Saturday. As I was waiting I was looking at a 2018 Ram on the lot. I sat with Eric for a few minutes and we discussed the 2018 and 2017. He made me a great offer on my 2014 and on Monday I went in around 1pm and had the 2017 at home by 3:30pm. My payment increased a little, but I added the 10 year 100k warranty to this truck. Great job Eric, Jack and Paul. More
