It was my first time buying a car so I was not really s I was lucky enough to be referred to the best sales specialist in the building, Dave Baldwin. It was my first time buying a car so I was not really sure what to expect given the general negative view towards car buying. This dealership, especially Dave, proved everyone wrong. I could not have been more pleased with Dave's communication, clear-cut explanations, and honest opinions of the various aspects of the car-buying process. He was quick in showing me alternative options for both vehicles and payment plans, and worked to no end to assure that I was getting the best deal possible. I also had the privilege to work with Bill Wang, who was constantly helping out with financing questions I had and running numbers. I felt like I was given special treatment but it is really just their awesome service. Jeff D'Ambrosio was also present every time I was in, and he was very involved as well. Checking in to make sure customers were taken care of and assuring that each person is getting the best deal possible. He actually came over to Dave's desk to talk to talk with me after finding out we graduated from the same college. He made sure I would be taken care of but knew I was in good hands with Dave. THIS DUDE IS TER-RI-BLE SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT FIRST OFF....I CAME FROM SOUTHERN MARYLAND TO LOOK AT A JEEP. IT WAS LISTED AT 29900 I BELIEVE. TOLD HIM I WAS NOT TRYING TO SP SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT FIRST OFF....I CAME FROM SOUTHERN MARYLAND TO LOOK AT A JEEP. IT WAS LISTED AT 29900 I BELIEVE. TOLD HIM I WAS NOT TRYING TO SPEND 30K ON A JEEP THAT WAS 5 YEARS OLD. HE RESPONSE WAS WELL WE DONT DO THAT HEAR....SO APPARENTLY JEFF D'AMBROSIO DEALERSHIP DOES NOT NEGOTIATE???!!! REALLY? CANT WAIT TO TELL THE GM THAT. TOOK THE JEEP FOR A DRIVE AND FIRST THING I NOTICE IS THAT THE RADIO DOES NOT WORK. WELL ACTUALLY I THINK THE TWEETERS PUT OUT SOME KINDA SOUND. DIEGO SEEMED PERPLEXED THAT THE RADIO WAS AN ISSUE EVEN THOUGH THE PAPERWORK STATED THEY HAD TO PUT A STOCK RADIO IN BECAUSE THE GUY HAD A N AFTERMARKET STEREO OR SOMETHING. SO BASICALLY I JUST HAVE TO SAY SCREW IT .... DONT NEED A RADIO. SO AFTER HAVING TO HAVE THE RADIO REPLACED AND ALL THE SPEAKERS THATS OH SAY $1000 BUCKS. NOW I REALIZE AFTER DRIVING THE JEEP THAT IT CANT STAY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO SAVE ITS LIFE AND GOD FORBID THERE IS A BUMP IN THE ROAD. PAPERWORK STATES A STEERING STABLILIZER HAD TO BE FIXED AND AN ALIGNMENT AND SOME OTHER STEERING/WHEEL ISSUES. WELL GREAT JOB ON FIXING THAT! I WAS TOLD BY SUPERSTAR DIEGO THAT BECAUSE OF THE UNFPORTUNATE RADIO SITUATION THAT I WOULD RECEIVE SOME KINDA 2 YEARS FREE MAINTENANCE DEAL. LIES...THERE IS NO SUCH THING. I NOW HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE ALL OF THE STEERING ALIGNMENT ISSUES FIXED....HADTO GE THE RADIO AND SPEAKERS REPLACED....OH AND THERE ARE ELECTRICAL/COMPUTER ISSUES AS WELL! OUT OF NOWHERE THE WIPERS WILL COME ON ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE DASH LIGHT UP AND EVERYTHING ELECTRIC JUST CONSTANTLY RESTARTS....GET A NO BUS ERROR ON THE DASH. GUESS I HAVE TO FIGURE THAT OUT ON MY OWN AS WELL HUH?! DIEGO YOU ARE A SHADY PIECE OF CRAP SALESMAN...THE MOMENT ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND WALKED IN SHE TOLD ME NOT TO BUY THE JEEP FROM YOU.
