Not sure if they really want to sell cars or not Was interested in a vehicle I found on the website, but no price was listed. Used the "Request Sale Price" form on the listing. Joe responded with a form email: "Thank you for your interest, what are you driving, when can you stop by". I replied asking for the price again. Didn't hear anything for a week. By that time, listing was gone from the site, but I received another form email saying "It has been a week since you emailed us about..." I replied that I was still waiting on the price for the vehicle I was initially interested in. This time I received an actually reply from Joe stating that that vehicle was gone, which I already knew. This didn't deter me from trying to purchase a vehicle from the dealership though. Found a few more vehicles I was interested in, emailed the info to Joe. Crickets.... no response, I'm not sure he's actually trying to sell cars. You'd think by this point, I'd have moved on, but I found another vehicle I was interested in. Used the "Request Sale Price", hoping maybe someone other than Joe responds. But it was Joe again, telling me it was a recent trade and going through their trade in process. So I told Joe, when you get a price, let me know. A week later, the only thing I've heard from Joe is "It has been a week since you emailed us about...". So three weeks after my initial request, I email Joe asking if he has a price yet. I get an actual response "The vehicle is not fit for sale and its going to auction". Two weeks after that, I look and the vehicle is still listed on the website. More

great sales experience We showed up @ the dealership on saturday 6/16/18 to view their invintory of the jeep line by the time we we were ready to talk to a salesman it was a We showed up @ the dealership on saturday 6/16/18 to view their invintory of the jeep line by the time we we were ready to talk to a salesman it was about 5: 10 pm ( the dealership closes @ 6:00 pm ) we were interduced to Ted Rubino of sales we told him the model number he pulled up the information on the computer we talked about trade in value on our car and finance terms they offer on our trade was low So he asked where we needed to be I told him he went back to Bill Wang the sales manger and they came up on the trade then we talked % of finance their number was higher than I could get @ our credit union Bill also said he would call local dealer for our car and see if they should give us more trade for our car their was no pestering about buying the car I needed a few days for the credit union to approve or deal I called Ted a few times to let him know I am still intrusted in the new jeep and on saturday 6/23/18 we purchased our new jeep I could not have been any happier with D'Ambrosio Auto Group or TED RUBINO thanks again TED Ray and Kathy Stanley More

My family have bought vehicles from Eric in the past and have never been disappointed. A week after talking to him he let me know that my new Big Horn had just been unloaded off the truck. I went down to see it . It had everything I was looking for including the color. That was on Wednesday. My wife and I saw Eric on Thursday to discuss the deal and to look at the new truck. In a short time, he met my financial requirements. We took delivery on Friday. Eric has such a great way of putting us at ease during the process. It was a pleasure to make the buy through him..
