BEWARE! Customers come second to profit. My experience with Paul and the D'Ambrosio Auto group was one that I will never forget for all the wrong reasons. I signed for a 2019 truck only to re My experience with Paul and the D'Ambrosio Auto group was one that I will never forget for all the wrong reasons. I signed for a 2019 truck only to realize the next day that it had a few minor chips in the paint. I brought the vehicle back as I was told it would be taken care of. The truck was returned to me 1 MONTH LATER in worse condition then when I dropped it off. The interior was filthy, the paint on the truck was ruined with dimpling and "orange peel" effect, a headlight was out, 3 out of the 4 door windows were scratched, white paint drips all over the exterior, paint on the windshield, trim not properly secured, passenger door panel was falling off, and a few other things. Long story short Paul wasted 5 months of my time giving me empty promises on everything from swapping the truck out, to even allowing me to custom order a truck. Which he did allow me to order a truck, gave it to me when it came in and then took it back from me one month later telling me that I had no choice but to take the damaged truck back. As a manager he should be fired on the spot for his horrendous ability to own up to a dealer mistake and make things right by the customer. As a person he is deceitful and flaky. But I'm sure owners like Jeff love to have a guy like him around to try and keep loses at a minimum, even if that means making customers like me file a lawsuit to try and correct a dealer error. I feel bad for salesmen like Dan Kirby when his hands are tied by poor business practices. More
