Scammers I bought a Jeep from them on 2/11 l, while I was in the dealership trying to negoatiate the deal the sales manager bob came out from the finance depar I bought a Jeep from them on 2/11 l, while I was in the dealership trying to negoatiate the deal the sales manager bob came out from the finance department to negotiate and after we agreed I would put down $4,000 on the Jeep he told me he got me a warranty and gap insurance, not telling me I purchasing the warranty and gap. The way he said it made me believe he was throwing it in cause I knew the sales guy who was selling me the Jeep. I was never told I was paying for it even upon signing the papers, I only found this out cause I was called by the credit union who has my loan and he was trying to figure out why I financed so much. I called today and tried to argue it and I could of gotten a refund but I feel like because of the misrepresentation I should still get the gap and warranty with no charge since that is was I was made to believe. I opened up a bbb case against them and they have been contacted multiple times with no response. I want my money back for the warranty and the gap insurance and want them to allow me to keep it since I was made to believe it was being thrown into the deal. Warranties and gap insurance are supposed to be sold to you not just told that you got one and then come to find out later you were actually charged close to $5000 for it making my car payment $125 more a month!!! More
