Avoid at all costs Made a few mistakes when making my recent vehicle purchase. 1) bought it from Jeff D’Ambrosio 2) bought a 2018 Cherokee 3) trusted the service d Made a few mistakes when making my recent vehicle purchase. 1) bought it from Jeff D’Ambrosio 2) bought a 2018 Cherokee 3) trusted the service department (mainly the managers) Car has been nothing but problems. Yes I am aware of the issues going on with these vehicles and so is the service department even though they prefer to sweep them under the rug and pretend they never happened. Rough shifting and sometimes not shifting at all is an issue. What’s worse is the car shut itself off on its own when going into an intersection. All the service manager could do is say it needed a software update so should be fixed. Heard that lie fire from them before. When asked if it’ll happen again they just shrug their shoulders and was like well I don’t know maybe. Going into an intersection with no control of the vehicle is safe right? They don’t care about their customers safety or about them at all. Save yourself the hassle and go else where. DONT BUY OR HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE! More
