I never felt pressured or rushed and Ray did an amazing job explaining the lease process to me (this is my first time leasing). He also took time to go over the whole entire vehicle and explain all the features to us. He is truly an asset to that dealership. Every single person in that dealership was friendly and went out of there way to help. Eddie sat down and chatted with us like an old friend while we were waiting for the financing paperwork to go through. Alfi also went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. The most impressive part of the whole experience was watching the owner Jeff D'Ambrosio help customers at 8pm on a Wednesday night.
