We were very leery of asking for a loan because of a bankruptcy in our history. Bob and company made us feel at ease and never once looked down on us for that . They were very helpful with getting me a new vehicle. I came into the dealership with the expectations of purchasing a used vehicle, but was able to walk out with a brand new Dodge Nitro. Went in to have Ac work done on car, when I arrived no check engine light was present but when I picked up car Eng light was on and I was told I needed new cooling fans, PCD,Fcm $1300. When I questions wh check engine light was present but when I picked up car Eng light was on and I was told I needed new cooling fans, PCD,Fcm $1300. When I questions why my check eng light was on,I was given attitude by Service person Marc and was told my eng light was on because since my freon was low when it was filled the computer picked up the fans were not working which was cause by the pcd and fcm This just did not sit well with me being that When it went in the only issue I had was my AC blowing out hot air. I went and recieved a 2nd opinion and 3rd and also contacted another Dodge dealer and was told this was not correct and what happened was they did something which causes a short. I called back and spoke to Jim and explained and he stated that his tech diagnosed correctly and as I was trying to expl he cut me off and very rudely asked me to bring it in on Thurs. I called Wednesday and asked if they provided a loaner or shuttle serv in which he replied they provide up to 10mi pbut I could get a rental at a discount. I showed up thursday morn and spoke to a Gentleman by the name of Gaspar, he was very nice and very professional, he took my info, I rented a car and was on my way. I recieved a call at 4:50pm telling me my car was ready. I asked what was the outcome and he stated I had a bad relay, no apologies or nothing. I picked up the vehicle and again was greeted by Gaspar in which I asked since this was something caused by one of their techs would I be charged for the rental, he explained to speak with Jim. I called this morning to speak with Jim and he stated that he did not feel he should have to pay for rental and was extremley rude. I stated to him Jim how can you say you are not responsible , you wanted to charge me $1300 for something your tech cause and I had to bring back because of something again your tech caused, he finally agreed to cover the rental and asked me to never return to his shop again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATION!!! More

This was are fifth purchase going back to '89 of a new car from D'ambrosio. We have always had a great experience with them. Simply uncompromised service. We were walking the dealership lot, looking at the FIAT500s and was greeted by FIAT Specialist,Edgar Floyd. Edgar is professional, courteous, and gets the job done. Any questions or doubts we had were very quickly answered. Edgar presented a no pressure, very flexible, friendly demostration of the vehicle we were intersted in. Edgar explained, in detail, the services offered by Jeff D,Ambrosio's Dealership and staff, including that of the vehicles' manufacturer, FIAT. Jeff D'Ambrosio has a fabulous selection of vehicles. Edgar had ready; w/ tags, fuel, and roses for my wife, a very well detailed, beautiful Pearl White FIAT 500 Sport. Edgar and Tina gave us a tour of the facility, introduced us to most of the availabe staff, and signed us up for the vehicle's first serviceThe Finance Manager, Gregg Taylor, is brillant, pleasent, and very professional. I stopped at Jeff D'Ambrosio's auto group to look at the chrysler 300. I was meet by Dave Baldwin. He was very helpful and I was able to test drive one very quickly. One was in the showroom {spotless] and the other on the lot. I could not decide on which color to pick. I asked Dave if he would detail on one on the lot so I could compare it to the one on the showroom floor. He had no problem doing this for me. I returned at the set time and the car was ready as promised .I purchsed one. The paper work went quickly with both Dave and Trish explaning everything carefully and completely answering all my questions. I did not have a way to pick the car up but again Dave had no problem with delivering the car to my home,SHOWROOM CLEAN and on time. Everyone at the dealership I had contact with treated me with respect and was very helpful and frendly. I would definately buy from then again. Thank you. P.S. I LOVE THE CAR More
This will be my fourth Mitsubishi purchased through D'Ambrosio of Downingtown, Pa. since 2003. I doubt it will be my last. Anyone can sell you a car - dealerships do it all of the time and D'Ambrosio does it well. This was my first time working with Bob and he was knowledgeable, listened to what my needs were, and was not pushy. But then, I've never had the 'strong arm tactic' at this dealership; another big plus. I love my Outlander's - I now own two - well-built, stylish, economical, with just enough bells and whistles to make driving more than a function of getting from place "A" to place "B". D'Ambrosio's service after the sale keeps me coming back for more. Tom in the service department puts the "S" in service - pleasant, accommodating, and courteous. The work is done well, as quickly as possible, at a fair price. And the coupons that arrive in the mail, always at the right time, offer an additional savings. Each time I am ready to purchase an automobile I think, maybe I'll consider another manufacturer; and each time I walk straight through the doors of D'Ambrosio. I love this dealership! More
