I love everything about my car, but the best unexpected reaction happened after purchase. My 3 year old nephew is autistic and change isn’t easy for him. Showing him the new car was nerve wracking and wasn’t expected to go well. To our suprise, he was excited to sit in the back seat and even went for a short ride. He liked the car so much that he didn’t want to leave! It made my sister was very happy. I’m so glad and thankful to Kenny, Jazz, and the D’Ambrosio family for their part in making my nephew and sister smile. More

I stopped into Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group a few weeks ago on a Saturday, gave Jason Salerno the Vin number of the truck I wanted to see that took a five minute test drive. When I returned with the truck, Jason was tied up with two customers, so I handed him the keys, told him the truck looked like a good fit and asked him to email me all the final numbers as soon as possible. I waited until the following Tuesday and heard nothing. That afternoon I went to Videon Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Newtown Square, and drove home in a 2020 Ram 1500 within two hours. In the grand scheme of things, the loss of one sale is really no big deal for Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group. However, they lost the sale. They lost the trade of a 2015 Ram 2500 Cummings diesel with 50,000 miles in mint condition. And, since we're a family of eight vehicles, they lost lots of future sales. What's the lesson learned? Follow-up EVERYTHING. More
