We originally came in to have service done on our Mitsubishi. However, it was time for her to go to car heaven with 205,000 miles under her belt. So we were handed over to Bob to find a replacement. He was great in helping us find a vehicle to meet our needs and finances. And, I might add, very patient since this wasn't our intention when we arrived at the dealership that morning. Bob gave us the freedom to roam the lot and never pushed us to make a decision. By the end of the evening, we drove away in a new Endeavor. We had our Montero for 9 years and it was a great vehicle so we are looking forward to another Mitsubishi being as reliable. We live in NJ now and have driven to Jeff D'Ambrosio's for service for the last 2 years. The service is great and very reliable.
