My husband and I came to D'Ambrosio quite dismayed after a bad experience at Videon in Newtown Square. Just another example of why the car industry has such a bad reputation. The minute we walked through the doors of D'Ambrosio that all changed. First of all, Jeff himself greeted us in a warm, friendly manner then within 5 minutes we were introduced to our salesman, Dave Baldwin. The energy in the showroom was palpable and contagious as compared to Videon which was dark, dreary and depressing. We told David right up front what we wanted, the price he needed to hit and our timing. We were real buyers with busy lives that did not have any time for games. After some negotiating, Dave hit our numbers and then some with the rebate. All in all our experience was very pleasant, thanks to Dave ,his team and of course, the countless visits from Jeff to make sure the "deal was getting done".....Even though I know Jeff treats all his prospective buyers like this, I actually felt like we were the only buyers in the showroom. That's how special he made me feel......I will be proud to drive around with the D'Ambrosio tag on the car.....and will recommend him to anyone and everyone that I come across. Edgar was really nice and when I came in the first thing he asked me was how much was my budget. So there for he did'nt show me cars I couldn't afford. I had a problem because I did'nt have a pa license, and even as I was the one stressing out, he always told me to relax that it was going to work out. He did work it out. My monthly payments are good considering my not so great credit. He was very sweet. I definatly will recommend all my freinds and family to this dealership, and Edgar when they are looking for a vehicle. I was very pleased with everything.Even after I bought the car he was still very nice and even told me to call him when ever I needed to know anything about the car, or if I had any problems, or concerns. My overall experience was good. The sales team was very friendly and patient with my fiance and I. They were never pushy and were more than happy to show us around the lot multiple times.
