I had been searching for a car for 2 months. I walked into Jeff D'Ambrosio after having a very frustrating day at another dealership. The salesman at the other dealership treated me with zero respect. Thankfully, a friend of ours advised us to stop into Jeff D'Ambrosio and ask for Dave Baldwin. We walked in on a Friday night and told him what we were looking for. He did not play ANY GAMES! We spent a couple hours talking about what type of equipment packages and features were available. They did not have the exact vehicle on the lot since I had to have a white Jeep Liberty:) I think Dave was done work that night at 6:00 but he didn't anticipate my fiance and I walking in at 7:00. Dave stayed until 9:00 calling around to find the car I wanted. Dave was very patient and wanted me to have my dream car. He knew the entire time that I was not going to purchase the vehicle that night. I needed to sleep on it. I was upfront about that. He completely understood and never pressured me. Needless to say, the next day I purchased my white Jeep Liberty! I thought it was going to be torture filling out the paperwork. Dave made it easy and fun:) He was extremely thorough and made sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I left. He also made me promise that I would call if I had any questions after I left. I think Jeff D'Ambrosio is a great dealership. However, what made my experience so pleasant was having Dave Baldwin as my salesman! The funny thing is I have come across a few people lately that have worked with Dave and they loved him too!! My fiance and I are hoping to purchase another vehicle after our wedding. At least we will not have to shop around this time. We will just call Dave and tell him exactly what we want:) I wish I had known about Dave before I started car shopping. I could have saved myself a lot of time. All of the salesman seemed nice at Jeff D'Ambrosio but I highly recommend Dave Baldwin! More

I highly recommend going to Jeff D'Ambrosio when purchashing a vehicle. The customer service there is great. Lenny and Bob Whelan has been a big help. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had a calm demeanor that made the experience a lot easier. The only things that were a little off had nothing to do with Nick. They forgot to put the license plate on. I should have helped to catch the oversight. The car was cleaned so that I could take it home that day, so it was done quickly, but it was a little dirty on the one side in the cargo area. It was muddy.I was curious what made the interior so dusty/money. Again, not Nick's fault and was probably caused by the rushing. I did sign off on checking the car, but I was so exhausted by the end of purchasing the car, I missed some things. I guess the one thing I think should have been part of the experience would be a full tank of gas. I had about a half tank. None of these things are huge, reflect on Nick, or would prevent me from purchasing future Jeeps from this dealership. My family has dealt with dealership for years. They are just some things I thought of. More

He was so friendly and helpful he gave me answers to questions I didn't even know I had!! I felt like I was informed and knew I was making the right decision. My car took 3 months to get from build to delivery and Edgar made the experience exciting for me calling me and emailing me through the whole process letting me know what steps my car was in. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Not to mention how much I LOVE my Fiat!!! More
