This is probably the only dealership that a person can buy a car over the telepphone. A call made regarding a trade in - Trade up was made with total satisfaction in price and service. This was a wonderful buying experience for me. When I was walking into the dealership Nico approached me to see if I needed any help. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase the car. I didn’t need a car but I wanted a new car. Nico was able to get me into the car I desired to have at the PRICE I wanted pay for my 2012 Chrysler 200. That was the most important thing, the PRICE I wanted and could afford to pay. His communication with me was excellent. Not pushy!!! I will most definitely recommend my friends and family to the dealership and to ask for NICO. When I came to get the car, I shared with Nico that I had a limited amount of time to complete all the paperwork and needed to get everything done in a short time period. NICO MADE IT HAPPEN.
