The gentelmen I dealt with were exceptional in there desire to find what I was looking for, and they did it with Disney type customer service. Both men were great, but Dave has complete the final steps of the deal with the greatest professionalism and friendlyness. We really appreciate him and would deal with him any time in the future that we need a car. While doing this I may as well plug the service department who has serviced my van that I purchased at D'Ambrosio's several years ago. My son & I were referred to this dealership from a freind and even though they were an hour away, after I called and spoke to Tiffany Fiedler, The Internet Manager, I knew We wanted to make the trip freind and even though they were an hour away, after I called and spoke to Tiffany Fiedler, The Internet Manager, I knew We wanted to make the trip and try to buy a car from them. Tiffany was warm, Freindly, honest and sincere in her discussions about buying a new Jeep Patriot and said they would give us the best deal that they could. When we got to the dealership, Tiffany introduced us to Tony Gabel and he was just as freindly and sincere. We never felt we were under any pressure to make a decision and he was able to answer any and all questions we had. He found the exact car we were looking for at another dealership and was able to get it for us. Price was great and they were able to offer a very fair trade in value for our Dodge Dakota. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend highly to any of our freinds to go there when they need a new car. I only wish we lived closer so we could take advantage of the mechanical and maintenance service they provide to their customers. Tony gave me a tour of their shop and it was very busy but unbelieveably clean and organized. More

The team went out of thier way over a three day period to get me into a vehicle that I would like at an affordable payment. Many places treat people with not-so-perfect credit like second classed citizens that should be grateful for whatever is offered. Never did I even hear 'beacuase of your credit'. I felt as though I was treated like a customer....period. I will certainly recommend people to visit you guys. Thanks. More
