Went to D'Ambrosia country dodge in oxford for a lease buyout. Called and made an appointment. We explained our situation and was told to come in drove there, and he almost immediately told us we have to buyout. Called and made an appointment. Because that's where we leased it. So we go to D'Ambrosia downingtown as soon as they open 9:00 am on a Friday by 9: 30 am we are told they DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP US TODAY. BUT the good news is come back another day and everything will be ready. I requested some financial numbers, why we were there, to see if I even wanted to come back. Could not even get that because they DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP US TODAY. What happened to help a customer. Apparently, we are supposed to have all the time in the world. It's not like we both work . I assume that since they really weren't making enough money off of us, they could only help us at their convenience. This is the third time I have had a bad experience at D'Ambrosia downingtown. I was greeted by Jeff at the dealership after my 3 hour ride. The truck was just as described, even better, they installed wheel well guards as no extra charge.
