Of note was the helpfull, non-pressure approach for Mr. Kenner and Mr. Wang. I commend the dealership on a great enviornment, staff, and vehicle presentation with frank pricing discussion. I have been very disapointed in the past at Barberra and I was not pleased with the negotiation at Chapman, though they informed me of many details and allowed a test drive of a 2012 model at that time. When I initially went in I was convinced I wanted a Rubicon, but for no other reason than I wanted the toughest Jeep possible. After a discussion with Jason I realized that I would not use the features that the Rubicon has, but he let me know we could still make a tough Jeep. Here is the best part, they have a deal with Quadratec and or Mopar where you can order what you want for your Jeep and have them install everything and roll it all into the financing. I now have my dream Jeep and I couldn't be happier. More

This was my first time making a car purchase by myself. As a single mom, I thought for sure the dealer was going to take advantage of me. Edgar Floyd was kind enough to meet with me on his day off and spent hours with me going over everything to make sure I understood it - and not in a way that was condescending, but in that "big brother" sort of way. I felt like he really cared about me as a person and wasn't just looking to make a sale. When it came time for the price, I pulled out another dealers quote and his jaw dropped, but he promised me he wouldn't be beat. I left with more than what I had intended and couldn't be happier. Another sales guy was even super nice to my 6-year old son and gave him a pair of sunglasses and a baseball. Alfie Yannatelli happened to walk by as we were wrapping things up and asked if there was anything that would make my experience better and I jokingly said I'd like a giant ribbon on top the car since I was buying it for myself for my birthday. I didn't get the big bow, but he did give me a Fiat water bottle. I will, without a doubt, recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! More

I was looking for a BMW X5 for the longest time and I was looking for a BMW X5 for the longest time and couldn't seem to find what I liked, within my budget. It just so happened that I received a solicitation in the mail and decided to give it one last try. I called to inquire on the X5 they just took delivery on, figuring that this one just like all of the others, would leave me disappointed and frustrated once again. Surprisingly, the internet managers Mike and Tiffany were so polite and helpful that I had forgotten about past experiences. They took video of the vehicle and even emphasized all of the things that were important to me. The amount of time and dedication these employees devote is second to none. My best experience came when I met Jack and Jim in person, and I decided to drive over an hour just to look at this x5. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny. I decided to move forward and the deal was done in no time at all. This group of individuals deserve every bit of a recommendation anyone could ever give. I encourage you to try your luck with one of these guys (or gals), I believe the only way they know how to satisfy your desire is by giving 150% all the time.
