From the first phone call where I was given all the details to the experience in the dealership I really enjoyed what I got. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful , the car was ready for a test drive as soon as I got there. All of the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and no part of the experience was lacking. Kenny was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate how efficient it was. All in all it took me less than 2 hours to drive off the lot with my new vehicle. guess they dont want my business I have bought at least 20 cars and had family/friends buy another 10+ from Dambrosio, my latest experience has left me no choice but to go somewhere e I have bought at least 20 cars and had family/friends buy another 10+ from Dambrosio, my latest experience has left me no choice but to go somewhere else. First off I want to say the only bright spot was our sales, Tony G, He was great! the rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare from salesman jumping in front of my wife essentially pushing her out of the way as I held the door for HER to the finance guy telling us we would never get a deal at another dealer. We bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade, we were sitting in the dealership from 9:30 am until after 4pm. Tony apologized numerous times (again a great guy and salesman) but when it came time to discuss numbers they took us into the back corner where the finance guy told us our payment would be roughly $100 more then we were told 40 minutes prior and how he was doing us a favor, he told us we would not get a deal anywhere else, I stood up and said ok we are going to leave, ive been told that before. He back tracked and said I didnt say you wouldnt get a deal I said you wouldnt get this deal (ya know, the one that was $100 more then 45 minutes ago). He then tried to tell us that we were just wasting his time and they only get paid if they sell loans and there were a lot of customers in there but he was working with us. he said he would go speak to his manager, he left us in the back corner for 45 minutes and in came another finance guy (very friendly but at this point after being insulted and told we were wasting peoples time he could have been Mr Rogers and I wouldve hated him). We worked out the deal and signed all the paper work. he did not give me any paper work (including the temp registration). He walked out and left us there with no direction, didnt say he would be back, didnt say anything. finally we got up and walked to the showroom where I saw him and asked if we were done he said yes I asked about the temp registration he said oh and walked away, again 10 minutes goes by he comes back and hands it to us and walks away (no other paperwork was given to us). finally Tony came over and gave us the keys to the new jeep. we walked outside to look at it and there wasnt even plate on it.! I had to transfer the old plate. meanwhile my car was in VW service where they charged me for an oil change that I was supposed to get for free and when questioned they service writer just repeated what I said. I brought this up to a manager and they brushed it off, maybe because they were to busy that day or maybe because they just dont care about anything but sales. car was bought on november 11th, december 11th I called to find out where my signed paperwork was since I did not get it in the couple days I was told. I was told the paperwork is at the salesmans desk and that the person I was speaking with would go grab it and personally mail it out that day. Today is December 24th and they have no idea where the paperwork is. I was told they will find it and call me back. I have very low expectations. I will never spend another dime at dambrosio. you have showed me you dont care about me, so this review will mean nothing to them. they will worry about the people that read this and leave a review similar to this one and so on and so on. Kudos for turning Dambrosio Dodge into the empire it is today! shame you forgot how you got there. Eric Greiner More
