He introduced me to the service team and eagerly showed me around the dealership. Diego thoroughly explained the new car's features and equipment, took me on a test drive, and has kept in touch regularly following my purchase. My only suggestion is that their pre-delivery detailing of the new car could have been a little better - I would give it a B+ because of a few minor spots, etc. but the overall delivery was excellent. We love the Fiat 500c. More
