I was shopping for a 2010 Acura MDX. I found the one I really liked on cars.com at Jeff D'Ambrosio's dealer in Downington. I sent an email inquiry and received a prompt response. There was a woman that i really liked on cars.com at Jeff D'Ambrosio's dealer in Downington. I sent an email inquiry and received a prompt response. There was a woman that initially took my information and worked to set up an appointment to check out the vehicle. I was unable to meet with her due to me arriving after her shift. This was not a problem because as soon as I asked for her and was told she had gone for the day Jim Balch stepped up and offered to assist. Jim was awesome! He didn't pressure me, we test drove the vehicle and he worked with the finance manager to get me a very good deal and got me more than what I expected for my trade. They were also able to got me out of a high interest auto loan paying 17% to a 5.25% . All that were involved with my purchase made it seamless for me. Even after the deal was done. I had a call for a question regarding the vehicle and they helped and took care of my concern right away. I would definately recommend Jim Balch and Jeff D'Ambrosia to a friend or family memeber in the future. More

I spent a full day looking at every SUV and truck on all the websites. Building my perfect car with all the options I wanted. Problem being the price was always just to high. We hit a couple of other dealers before ending up at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I like that I wasn't attacked on the lot when we started to browse Big Plus. As soon as we were ready for help someone from Jeff directed us to Brook Donahue. Great guy, he helped us make a decision between the Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk and the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He didn't push us either way, just brought out both cars and gave us all the info we could ask for. Its nice not to be forced into something when making a big 5+ year decision. We ended up going with the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and are very happy with it. They gave us a great trade in value on our Sante Fe right on par with Kelly Blue Book. And an even better price on the Jeep Wranlger. Didn't think we would be able to get the Sahara. The online build price was at the upper limit of our budget. Overall very impressed, great service and people. Definitely 5 stars in my book!!!! More

Our Dodge Challenger broke down on the highway on a Saturday morning. We are from Upstate NY and were traveling in PA. We called a tow truck and several Dodge dealerships. No one EXCEPT Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group would even agree to LOOK at the car until Monday! We towed the car to D'Ambrosio's. Denise May was our first contact. She made us feel welcome and confident that we might be able to get our car up and running that day. She kept us updated throughout the afternoon as they had procedures to follow with a car under warranty. I had previously contacted Lindsey Law through the internet and she also came out to meet me! She set me up with a salesman to look at a new Mitsubishi vehicle. They provided fresh coffee, fresh pumpkin bread, TV and internet! I couldn't believe an auto dealership with such a family atmosphere! It was already after closing time and the car was still not functioning properly! Enter "Chops" from Service! He stayed late, test drove the vehicle and was able to figure out the problem. (It was an easy fix by the way). No charge for anything! We are above impressed with the Customer Service we received! We would highly recommend them for Sales and Service! I wish we had such a wonderful dealership in our area! Don't even hesitate to visit them! More
