The very understanding salesmen!!! We decided it was time for a new car. Had no idea what we wanted. We knew Milt and asked for him but he was off,. It was snowing and colder than heck and every time I mentioned I might like another car, here we would go...eventually we were down to three. They worked on prices, trade ins etc. Discussed the pros and cons of a;; three. Four hours after arriving we finally left with a deal we were going to think about. Of course the next morning we called to say yep, it's the 200 Chrysler. When we arrived to finalize things Milt was waiting (Scooter and all, broken ankle). They had discussed everything and he knew exactly what was going on. We did the paper work (HANDLED VERY WELL ), can not remember the young mans name. Milt in the meantime had shown us all the ins and outs of our soon to e new car. He set up the Bluetooth (a very easy experience), since I had heard from a friend how complicated it was to get hers done elsewhere. Milt also took us out and introduced us to the automotive car dept. and the go to Danny for problems. Bill Wang came over and talked for a while. Anyway a couple of hours after arriving we left very very happy. All our friends and family seem to like it very much and we would defiantly go back, en-fact in 3 years we will be back. It was great. We have been coming to Diambrosio for many years. Recently I sent my father to Dave Baldwin to help him with the purchase of a car. My father is 73 years old and a tough sell. My brother went with my father who is also a tough sell and both were extremely impressed with the service they recieved at Diambrosio. Dave worked with them to get my father a great deal and a great car. He explained everything in detail to my father to make sure he knew everything about the car and how to program what he needed. My father talked about Dave for a week after he bought the car home. I was thrilled that he was so excited to have his new car and the joy it gives him. He gets very cold and the automatic start and heated seats put my dad over the top. We have bought three cars from Dave and will be looking for another one shortly. We have college age children with cars and all of them are taken to Diambrosio for service as well. I could write 1000 more words on the service department. Went to trade in my older Jeep Wrangler for a more comfortable model. Started the process with a different salesman but became frustrated with the process. If Bruce had not gotten involved, I would not have bought the vehicle there and would have had a bad feeling about the process.
