I went in on a busy Saturday morning, knowing exactly which car I wanted after doing some research. Nick Capparelli came over to meet us as soon as we walked in the Mitsubishi door, and knew exactly where the car was located that I wanted to look at. He showed me a few similar makes and models, just for comparison's sake, but wasn't pushy in trying to get me to look at anything outside my price range or different from what I wanted. He knew a great test-drive route which gave me enough time to see how the car handled, and during the paperwork process, was very engaging and conversational while we got the fine details settled. Financing was quick and easy, and Alfie made the paperwork easy at the end of the sale. I left the dealership with my 2010 Outlander, very happy overall with the people, the process, and the price! Doug Ditmer is the MAN!!! He sold me my last car. It was a used vehicle. I was going through a divorce & needed to downsize. I only asked for something good on gas & reliabl He sold me my last car. He found me something I could afford, that was cheap on gas, and cheap to fix. Perfect. Now, years later, I came back. Again, told him exactly what I needed: Good on Gas, low miles, 4 Wheel Drive. He spent time with us weighing the option of used vs. new. I didn't think I could afford new. He insisted that the warranty given on the new car (& better gas mileage) was exactly what I needed. The difference in price of new vs. used (what I was looking for) was only about $40!!! I didn't understand that the interest rate on a used car would've been higher. I never felt that he was peddling something I didn't need. I trust him. I really felt that he had our best interests in mind! I will never go to anyone else when it comes to buying a car. Hands down - BEST car sales man - BEST dealership!!! Doug is a HUGE asset for that dealership! Thank you, Doug....AGAIN!! :) More
