We always come back. We bought our first car from Jeff D'Ambrosio back in 2007, 2 years after we moved to the area. We were very pleased by the way the sales person (Dave Williams, a fantastic guy and wonderful person) treated us, no back in fort with the back office, straight forward explanation of the price and consideration of our counteroffer, and our purchase was concluded in less than 2 hours. Yesterday we bought our 4th car from the same sales person, and every time for the 4th time we felt very comfortable choosing the car (my wife did this time) and agreeing on a price withe same straight forward and honest approach. Most important during all these years, and every time I stop by either for servicing my cars or to check out their new models Jeff D'Ambrosio himself, whenever around, will be greeting me as if I were the only customer they ever had. This is what I always hoped to find in a car dealership, and having bought other cars from other dealers in the area (once a matter of fact) and I never find the same interaction. I wanted a wrangler but I had no idea what model I wanted nor did I r I couldn't be more pleased with my experience buying my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. I wanted a wrangler but I had no idea what model I wanted nor did I really know the difference. I sat down with Bruce Smoyer who asked what I was looking for. He explained the differences in the models and we came to the conclusion Sport would be best. I told him my price range and he had Alfie give a rough estimate. I ordered the Jeep with Bruce that day and it came in a month later. I couldn't be happier. When it came in, once again I gave him my price and Alfie was able to keep it under my max! Everyone was so straight forward. I didn't feel like they were in it just to make a sale at any point. Bruce gave a little tour of the service department and what to expect when I come in for oil changes and maintenance he also took the time to show all the features in my car. Overall just a great experience all around, I will be recommending him to everyone! I look forward to doing business with him again after my lease is up! Thank you again!! More

I came up with several candidates and started going to the local car dealerships as well a I spent a lot of time researching new and used car options. I came up with several candidates and started going to the local car dealerships as well as Carmax in KOP to test drive them, discuss pricing, trade value, etc. Ultimately, I found the level of customer service as well as the sale price on my 2017 VW GTI at Jeff D'Ambrosio to be exceptional in comparison to the competition, especially Carmax which was pitiful to deal with. Stefan Williams was my salesman. He was incredibly easy to deal with, let me hoon the GTI on two test drives to see if I liked it, and was low-pressure in his sales approach. He and Dennis helped me get the car in at a great price. I should also mention Tiffany Fiedler who I initially connected with through Truecar. She helped set me up with Stefan and the VW team and, likewise, she delivers a high degree of customer service. All in all, I had a great experience from start to finish and would recommend this dealer but especially Stefan and Tiff to anyone. P.s. I bought a VW, not a Mitsubishi but the website won't let me pick that option for some reason. More
