couldn't be happier I anitially talked to tiffany in on line sales. very polite and helpfull. When arrived we were acknowledged within 10 seconds bu not one but 4 people. we were set up with Bob. Awesome guy. W went over all the details, test drove and sealed the deal. Even the D'ambrosio son came over. the process was smooth and quick. W couldnt of asked for a better experience. Bob even loaded our stuff into the new car. We will be sending all our friends to see Bob and the whole crew. 10 out of 10. More

$1000 FOR A GPS THAT DOES NOT WORK I bought a VW jetta with navigation which cost an extra $800.00. It was outdated when purchased. I spoke with the service department who told me the I bought a VW jetta with navigation which cost an extra $800.00. It was outdated when purchased. I spoke with the service department who told me they could install an update. When I decided to bring the car in for the update, I was told that I needed to order it from HERE and install it myself even though the car was still under warranty. They should have been honest from the beginning. It was a waste of my time and also misleading. Do not make promises to customers that you do not intend to keep. This is the second time I brought the car in for a problem and the second time they did not want to correct the problem. The last time it was the seat belt alarm staying on. I was told that it was because my purse was on the passenger seat. That was also misinformation. I had to argue to get that repaired. More
Our wonderful Salesman Milton My husband and I were in need of a new car. My husband was looking toward a Subaru, I wanted another 4x4 . This was our 4th purchase from Jeff, so t My husband and I were in need of a new car. My husband was looking toward a Subaru, I wanted another 4x4 . This was our 4th purchase from Jeff, so that says a lot to begin with. I was trading in a 2010 Liberty which gave us a lot of trouble, but was willing to put my hands and heart into 1 last Jeep. t took a lot to convince my husband otherwise. I asked the 1st person who greeted us that I want a sales person who knew their Jeep Renegades. We got a wonderful person named Milt, who does know his stuff. We did our homework so we knew just what we wanted and could afford. Thanks to Milt we got a better Jeep for our money. We were going to finance it with FMFCU but they even went out of their way to get us a even better interest rate, and they did. Also my husband takes excellent care of our cars so Milt even got a mechanic to go over engine and oil setup. Needless to say Milt made my husband give Jeep another try. You did it again I have just complete purchasing my 3rd vehicle from D'Ambrosio of Downingtown. Each time I have dealt with Dave Baldwin. Dave went out of his way to I have just complete purchasing my 3rd vehicle from D'Ambrosio of Downingtown. Each time I have dealt with Dave Baldwin. Dave went out of his way to show how here cared about a customer's feelings. He pointed out deals and programs offered, but when I explained was I was looking for, he immediately began to find the vehicle I was looking for. Later the day he contacted me stating he located a number of vehicles meeting my requirements. We quickly came to a decision and before I knew it the vehicle was here. Anytime someone I know is looking for a vehicle I direct them to Dave. He is passionate about his work and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Dave treats all of his customers as though they were one of his family. I know the next time I need a vehicle, I will be calling Dave. Thank you Love my new SUV!! This started off not so good. I went in to see one person and ended up with another person. The second person did not seem to do his Love my new SUV!! This started off not so good. I went in to see one person and ended up with another person. The second person did not seem to do his job I waited about 3 weeks and I ended with Richy and took my SUV home that day. He took approximately 2.5 hours. This situation turned around very quickly. This ended up to be a good experience! More
