After confirming the unit was available, and expressing a desire to beat my current best offer, Brittany turned me over to Dave. Negotiating with Dave was easy, I told him where I needed to be, to close the deal, and he went and got it. Many dealers were asking MSRP, or over MSRP, but Dave & Bill offered a very aggressive discount. After agreeing to a price over the phone, I received a sales order via email and they held the vehicle for me, until I could make the 2 hour trip to the dealership. I just purchased a 2017 Ram. And I traded my Mini Cooper towards it. And I was satisfied with my service up until it came to signing the papers. I couldn’t leave with my truck because there was a leak in th towards it. And I was satisfied with my service up until it came to signing the papers. I couldn’t leave with my truck because there was a leak in the front passenger side tire. And also there was a tail light that needed replaced. No biggie. Wish I had my truck though. Waited a few more days. Come back to pick up my truck and they can’t find all of the papers I had signed for ownership. I didn’t feel like a priority on the day of signing. And now I get to wait for the papers that was supposed to be put in the truck after signing them. And they’re misplaced at the moment. Didn’t think buying a truck would be this aggravating. More
