I just purchased a 2017 Ram. And I traded my Mini Cooper towards it. And I was satisfied with my service up until it came to signing the papers. I couldn’t leave with my truck because there was a leak in th towards it. And I was satisfied with my service up until it came to signing the papers. Waited a few more days. Come back to pick up my truck and they can’t find all of the papers I had signed for ownership. I didn’t feel like a priority on the day of signing. And now I get to wait for the papers that was supposed to be put in the truck after signing them. And they’re misplaced at the moment. Didn’t think buying a truck would be this aggravating. More
