This was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Call for follow up service Called Jocob Schlee to let him know the truck I bought did not have the oil change it was supposed to have gotten coming out of the loaner program. Tow gone wrong I had got a flat tire and my car didn't come with a spare. Instead it had came with a tire mobility kit that I had no idea how to use. Since I had free towing to the nearest dealership I decided it would be the easiest. After my tires were put on I was told that they think I need a new transmission. My mouth dropped considering it's only a 4 year old car. I explained how the tow truck had towed my car. Turns out the towing company towed it with the front end on the ground which ruined my transmission. Evan in the service department was absolutely AMAZING. He bent over backwards to make sure I got a new transmission at no cost. Dealing with the tow company and my roadside assistance. He went out of his way to make sure I had a loaner car for the time. Great customer service! Definitely will go back! More
