A complete joke of a service department. Two bad experiences. Both times were warranty work, the first time they made me wait for several hours and would not give a loaner or rental plus gave me t experiences. The second time we made an appointment the day before, went to the dealer the next day and got told we don't have a tech here today. Not sure why we can make an appointment when you don't have tech's there. Not to mention they made my wife and I wait almost 2 hours to tell us we needed to make another appointment and come back when they didn't even have to do anything because no tech's were there. Also the sales department pretty much won't acknowledge you once you drive a new car off the lot. They got their sale and I guess that's all they care about. I also was told we would get a coupon for a free oil change which i never got and it's been 7 months. I will never return for any service work nor will i even consider them the next time i purchase a vehicle. I would highly NOT recommend Jeff Belzer's. More
Worst service experience I've had with any type of company to date. They were on top of things until the moment that the paperwork was signed. After calling me multiple times per week before the sale, their interest disappeared. I scheduled an appointment to go sign the paperwork, pick up the car and sign the financing documents. I even called Kara Little, my sales person, before leaving to confirm the appointment. When I arrived,Kara was there but the loan officer with whom I had an appointment was not. I was put in a waiting room for 2 hours. After an hour, I started asking many questions, at which point they admitted that Jeff Frischman, the loan officer had not processed the paperwork and was not there. They were "working as quickly as they can." After 2 hours, I had every employee approach me to "apologize" and tell me "it would be about 10 more minutes" at least 4-5 times each. No one took accountability. They all passed the blame on the person who wasn't in the room. Over the phone, they assured me that the process would take no more than 15 minutes, since all I needed to do was sign 2 papers. Instead, it took 3 hours. When I demanded that they compensate me, they offered to fill my gas tank. When I got into my car to drive away, it was the ultimate slap in the face to see that my tank was only 2/3 full. They also did not have a copy of my owner's manual, but they were going to mail it within the next few days. It is now 3 weeks later and I do not have the manual. The icing on the cake is their handling of the title and registration paperwork. I urge you..even if you are dumb enough to buy a car here, do not let them submit the title and registration transfer on your behalf. It may never get done. Again, it is 3 weeks later and I do not have my license plates. After an entire day of following up with both my DMV and Jeff Belzer, I finally found out that they just mailed the paperwork today. I spoke to Kara Little 3 times this morning, each time her lies growing more unique. At first, she told me that they couldn't provide a copy of the title and registration application. The DMV demanded it. When Kara miraculously found and provided that and I took it to the DMV, but the DMV had no record of it being filed. At that point, I had to call Kara again, who provided me with a tracking number. I went on USPS.com to track the package, and there was no record. When I called back to ask why there was no tracking record, Kara stopped answering. 10 minutes later, the General Manager, Gary Lange called me and through my questioning, he eventually admitted that they were just mailing the title and registration application today, even after they repeatedly told me this morning that it had already been mailed. If they would have told me this the first time I called, I could have avoided an entire day going back and forth to the DMV. When I asked Gary why Kara would lie, he said he couldn't give me an answer. I asked if I could speak to her, and he told me that anything that I needed to communicate could be done through him. He continued to just be sarcastic and unapologetic. I regret giving this company a minute of my time and a dollar of my money. My wife and I started looking for a new car and had a really bad experience at another dealership. We called Jeff Belzer's Dodge and talked to Gil Boyle. From the beginning, Gil was excellent and went above and beyond our expectations in assisting us to find a new vehicle. Gil made the entire vehicle purchasing experience quick and enjoyable. The other staff we dealt with were also exceptional, and we were very impressed with the quality of service and everything about the dealership (cleanliness, friendliness, etc.). We will definitely recommend this dealer to others and almost definitely be back for our future vehicle needs. More
We have been looking for a car for over six months and finally decided after the auto show we wanted a Chevy Cruze. We were not sure if we wanted new or used. We went to Jeff Belzer's on Monday, April 2nd finally decided after the auto show we wanted a Chevy Cruze. We were not sure if we wanted new or used. We went to Jeff Belzer's on Monday, April 2nd and Gil approached us asking if he could help us. We told him what we were looking for and test drove a couple of the cars. We had told Gil right away we wouldn't be purchasing that day. We would never buy same day. We decided after test driving this was the car for us for sure. We loved the five star rating, gas mileage, and all the air bags! Gil was very friendly and understanding and did not pressure us. We left deciding we should check out some other dealers to see what else was out there used and new. Gil called the next day with a used LTZ and we test drove it. It was nice but we decided after that if we were paying that much we wanted new. We spent the next few days looking on the internet looking and going to another location and test driving a few of their cars and seeing what they could offer us. They had a car we liked but it was a little out of our comfort zone by the time you put the tax, extended warranty and etc on the loan. So we decided to go back and take another look at Belzer's since we had seen more cars had just been unloaded on Tuesday. We were again greeted by another salesman who I really appreciated not being pushy when we told him Gil had been helping us and we really wanted to continue working with him. Gil arrived and we found our car! 2012 Chevy Cruz LT!!! We love it!!! We loved the service Gil offered...no pressure!!!! If we would have been pressured we would not have bought the car. We were able to take all the time we wanted looking things over and making the decision to spend the money! Mary Jo Andreasen far exceeded my expectations and was a key factor in my recent purchase. As a once resident of Apple Valley, my vehicle list includes a Dodge Van, a Chev' truck, a Cadillac De Ville, a Chev' Suburban, and now a Dodge Durango. There is no reason to believe that I will go elsewhere for my next vehicle. Mary Jo showed excellent people person qualities, and knowledge of automotive presentations went beyond the level I would have deemed necessary to procure my purchasing dollar. She is an asset to Belzers and I hope she is still there when I am again in the buying seat. More

I discussed the vehicle with the Internet Sales Manager, Blaine Dyson, who was very responsive to all of my questions and needs. Blaine and I negotiated a very fair price. I received the rebates from Dodge that I expected to get and even worked my financing through Blaine and Jeff Belzer's Dodge with an excellent finance rate. There wasn't any "funny business" and what they promised they delivered. For a major purchase, it was an extremely easy transaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff Belzer's Dodge and Blaine Dyson in particular. If you want a fair deal and responsive customer service this is the place to buy your next car, regardless of where you live. More
