Best customer experience out of 6 dealerships I visited I visited 5 dealerships before I walked into Jeff Belzer's, and I hadn't found anything that I loved yet. I was intending to test drive a few used ve I visited 5 dealerships before I walked into Jeff Belzer's, and I hadn't found anything that I loved yet. I was intending to test drive a few used vehicles that were in my price range, but I saw a sporty 2015 Dodge Dart in the showroom and had to try it out! Our sales rep Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, patiently guiding me through test drives of all five vehicles I thought I wanted... Hours later we finally narrowed it down to the Dodge Dart. Dan was helpful, patient, and cheerful every step of the way! We then walked into Matt's office, where he thoroughly explained every financial aspect to me, which was quite the task since this was my first time buying a vehicle. Matt helped me understand all of the options and I felt confident with my decisions after talking it through with him. Matt had all of the documents ready to go and made the process really easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience and great selection. The other dealerships did not have the same knowledge level about their vehicles nor the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I found what I wanted. I am so happy with my new car! More

Gave me the whole run down on how the car worked and it's features and even helped me get rid of my old car. Tim was also very understanding and did his best to get me the best rates. Service Dept Went to Belzer service dept for an oil change and tire rotation. As I left the dealership my driver side front tire fell off. I purchased my Ram 350 Went to Belzer service dept for an oil change and tire rotation. As I left the dealership my driver side front tire fell off. I purchased my Ram 3500 truck from them and this was the first oil change. They did accept responsibility and "fixed" the damage are far as I can tell (will take to an independent machanic to verify that). I was lucky it fell off right away because I would have been on HWY after next corner. Don't know what would happen to me or someone else if I lose tire at HWY speeds. Belzers did offer me a free oil change and tire rotation. Thanks but no thanks!!!! More
