Nice people at large dealership We went to Belzers to test drive a used Grand Caravan. When we arrived we learned we could not drive it due to a recall of the rear side window which We went to Belzers to test drive a used Grand Caravan. When we arrived we learned we could not drive it due to a recall of the rear side window which was deemed a safety recall. Kara Little was very courteous and helpful in trying to work for us to get another vehicle until the recall part was obtained and we could drive and officially purchase the van. We felt she tried hard to help us and Belzers did their best to keep us as a satisfied customer. I would recommend anyone to work with Kara. We have bought two vehicles with her. More

I have to say the majority of the reason I would rate the dealership as excellent is my experience with salesperson Jeff Shadrick. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and honest in helping me decide on whether or not to buy the truck. The truck had prior accident damage and I was very leary in purchasing a vehicle that had been in an accident. Jeff worked it out that I could take the truck to my trusted body shop/mechanic and have them check it out for any damage. Had it not been for Jeff working this out for me, I would not have purchased the truck. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my decision to purchase the truck. Thanks to Jeff, I will definitely be back when I need to purchase another vehicle and you can bet I will ask for Jeff Shadrick!! More
