Shockingly amazing service! We arrived at the dealer expecting the usual haggling, negotiating and hard-balling. First thing Tom said was, "We don't do commission sales anymore. We arrived at the dealer expecting the usual haggling, negotiating and hard-balling. First thing Tom said was, "We don't do commission sales anymore. We price competitively and run the business based on volume sales." He wasn't lying either. I did my research on the vehicle we were interested in and it was priced below market (hence why we scheduled a test drive). After reviewing the vehicle and our trade in we decided to accept the deal. Unfortunately we were there 2 hours past closing, but every employee involved in the deal was still there! After we signed the papers Tom helped us out to the cars to move our stuff. In the rain! I was blown away by the quality of service from everyone that helped us. This is the quality of service every auto dealer should aim for. I will be returning in a few years to upgrade my vehicle based on this experience. More

He listened to our concerns and worked with us rather than forcing us into a sale. Paul was kind enough to acknowledge my children when they were present to make them feel welcome. Bought out of state, great to deal with! Due to factory build constraints and dealer allocation issues I was tired of waiting for my Vette to be built so I searched for a one year old one and Due to factory build constraints and dealer allocation issues I was tired of waiting for my Vette to be built so I searched for a one year old one and found one out of state at this dealer w/ 3k miles on it via Auto Trader. I mainly dealt w/ Josh the used car sales manager and the process could not have gone smoother. Its my second purchase of a Vette out of state and frankly they made it easier than any vehicle I have gone in and purchased locally. Easy to deal with, paperwork sent overnight to me and transportation quickly arranged to ship my car to me. So I am getting the exact color combos and options I wanted and paying about the same as a new one but w/ more options than I was going to choose. Fine by me! More

Great Customer Service! Like many people these days, I was completely upside down on my car & after an exhausting day of talking with dealers, I made an appt at Jeff Belxers Like many people these days, I was completely upside down on my car & after an exhausting day of talking with dealers, I made an appt at Jeff Belxers for one last try at getting out of my current car & into a new one. From the get go, Andy was positive he could figure something out for me & was very candid about the process we were gonna take to get me into a new vehicle. He always took the extra time to make sure we understood what was happening & was always frontal with his answers to our questions- it was great! Wasn't pushy but gave honest advice as to what the dealers perspective was (to any of our questions). After being told by multiple dealers that I was stuck with my current car- Andy kept his word & made it possible for me to get into a brand new 2015 model that same day. He was great at every step during our visit! Jeff Belzers has a great employee :) More
