I really appreciated the time both Joe and Matt took to secure financing and find a vehicle that would fit the needs. There was never that high pressure feel I was afraid I would get (been to plenty dealerships) and was never a rush I was allowed to take my time, or the little time I had. Worst experience at a dealership ever!! I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership. Inquired about a car online and was contacted quickly which was good. When I set up the ti I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership. Inquired about a car online and was contacted quickly which was good. When I set up the time to come look at the vehicle. I showed up a little early and the salesman said he'd go get the car and pull it up. After about 20 min of standing outside he walked up to tell me the car was not there and it was at a casino as a give away. I had originally talked to him at around noon about coming to look at it. I got there at 5 and my appointment was for 6. I drove 45 minutes to get there. You would think someone would have told me the car I was interested in wasn't there before hand. The salesman I had (Bob Portwood) was completely unprofessional. He was chewing tobacco and spitting the whole time I was dealing with him. Including him reaching in his lip to pull out the old tobacco. After finding out the car wasn't there I was told they would have to have me finance it without seeing it in order for them to go get it from the casino. I can understand not wanting to go get it for everyone that might want to buy it but maybe if it's at the casino it shouldn't be for sale. When asking whoever the manager was about trade in value on my car it seemed like I was inconveniencing him. He took my car on a test drive where he drove my car very aggressively. Then after giving trade in value left promptly. I've bought a dozen cars from a few dealerships and this is by far the worst service I've ever got. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go here. The only reason I went there was because of the car I was interested in. Guess I learned my lesson on trying to give someone else a shot. More

We have talked with Andy about some truck concerns with our current vehicle and decided to go back on Saturday and discuss what they could offer as a trade and what they had to offer on the lot. The place was swamped on Saturday but between he and Paul Johnson, they helped us out and we ended up buying a new Ram 2500 that is awesome. If it were not for the quality of sales staff, we would not have bought both vehicles.Hats off to Andy Brinkhaus and Paul Johnson. Great guys. More
