Disrespectful, Poor Customer Service I am disrespected every time I call or go to Belzer's. No one seems to know whether or not they take appointments for oil changes. One person will let I am disrespected every time I call or go to Belzer's. No one seems to know whether or not they take appointments for oil changes. One person will let me, and the next will tell me that "I don't need one." I have multiple times in the past and if I state that I prefer to make one so I don't have to wait over an hour for an oil change, I'm allowed to make the appointment. However, when I arrived for my appointment this past Saturday, I was rudely greeted by the person who checked me in in the oil change bay. He went on to state "I didn't know we took appointments on Saturdays." Okay, well I did, and I'm here, so please change my oil. After an unpleasant interaction, my car was pulled in to the bay where I got my oil change and "complementary multi-point vehicle inspection." Except that they didn't do the inspection - the sheet I got at check out was completely blank with the exception of the line that states "engine oil." I don't care whether you do or don't take appointments, but everyone needs to be on the same page. And don't disrespect me when I show up on time for my appointment. And finally, don't use put "courtesy multi-point inspection" on my receipt if you didn't do it. More

Kara Little and Kelly Larson worked together to speed up the paper work process that I ended up buying TWO vehicles. Loved it! (Not to mention how great the pizza was!) More
