He did his best to answer my questions or get someone else to answer my questions on the day I purchased the vehicle. He never used high pressure sales tactics, which was greatly appreciated. Although Jeff was not quick to reply to my phone calls after the sale, I did get a return call from Barry Larson and one other individual whose name I don't recall. My apologies. Both quickly referred me to Adam Daher, the Business manager. Adam Daher, the Business Manager, was very friendly and made the document signing process very easy and painless. Again, no high pressure sales tactics were used to sell unwanted extras. Adam was very quick to call to me after the sale to answer my questions on warranties and service contracts. Because it had rained during our test ride, Jeff had the car washed/detailed one more time while we signed the sales documents. It was nice to have a clean and spotless car to park in the garage at the end of the day. More

I had some reservations after working with another dealership closer to home, but working with Zack was very comfortable and enjoyable. He did a great job matching us to the perfect vehicle. Terrible followup service Earlier this month I purchased a car here, it is a good car and the one I set out to get. It is a Certified used Kia 2014 with low miles. The heater Earlier this month I purchased a car here, it is a good car and the one I set out to get. It is a Certified used Kia 2014 with low miles. The heater broke the following day after purchasing it and I called them right away. The service department couldn't see me for 2 weeks. When I did bring it in at its appointment, they didn't have parts, authorization, courtesy car or a ride. After 90 minutes they returned the car to me and said they would call back that day and didn't. I followed up, they said it would take a further 2 days to speak to the manager and they would call me back again and didn't. I called again and the repair tech, his manager, and the customer service manager were not available and not returning calls. Left messages with all of them and it had been a couple of days. After writing a review here I got an instant response, and was dealt with in record time and my car was re-cleaned in a premium fashion. Bill Moehle returned the car to me, he was empathetic, apologized and appeared to be genuinely in tune with other customers before me. My advise/opinion to Belzers is to get the service department to work with the sales representatives and not work against each other. Everyone in the service department should take customer service 101 and not bicker in front of customers or talk negatively about the business or colleagues that are off, on that day and look to Bill as a resource for your customer service training or to manage this operation. I hope it gets better from here. (Recommend yes or no: it wouldn't be my first recommendation but perhaps that could change.) More
