I chose the Silverado as it felt more familiar but wanted to make a few changes. Kelly was very helpful and brought in Josh Green to help me with some add ons. (wheels, tires, step side, and bed liner). Both of them helped tremendously as I looked at several options before coming to my final decisions. Adam was not there so we worked with Paul Johnson, who we eventually bought the vehicle from. Both Adam and Paul were very professional, were not pushy and were able to answer our questions or they found someone who could. They were both friendly and concerned about making the customer happy. The offer for our vehicle was much lower than I expected but they excepted our counter offer with no hassles because they wanted a satisfied customer. The only negative, which is probably the same for all dealerships, is we had to wait a long time to see the finance guy and we did not leave until almost 10:00 PM after arriving at 6:15. More
