No Nonsense Dealership-Straight forward pricing. Well I bought a new truck from Belzer's back in 1997, I wouldn't say I'm a repeat customer but after my experience over the weekend I will be back. I had just started my truck search on Friday 2/12 and Belzer's was my second stop. I had no intentions on buying a Chev or Dodge Truck again, but after spending a hour on the lot and looking at the new Rams that changed. I was greeted when I came in and was paired up with Bob Van Muyden. I'm sure their is many great sales associate's at Belzer's, but if you want a guy that treats you like a friend or a brother and still gets his sales approach to you, he's your guy. I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 on Saturday 2/13 and it was outfitted on monday 2/15 and delivered to me that night by two great guys Joe and Adam Olson. The Truck is a Beautiful Machine and already has been nicknamed "BIG HOSS" More

He was very prompt in responding to emails and did everything he could to offer the best price possible. My family and friends are amazed at the deal I got because of Adam! Adam definitely earned a 5-star rating, and I would go back to him in the future. I would love to give Jeff Belzer's a 5-star rating as well, but dealing with Adam Daher in Finance was less than a pleasant experience. I understand that he has to offer warranty packages, but after repeatedly (at least 3 times) telling him that I was not interested in purchasing a plan, he kept going - even making sarcastic remarks that were extremely unprofessional. I certainly wish the deal had ended on a better note. More

Literally the only criticism I have is that the time it took to reach an agreement on the purchase and trade to getting in to sign the papers was nearly an hour. We were treated with respect and honesty by adam Colon. Adam Colon was our sales associate at Belzer's. We live in Iowa and had test drove the two vehicles we were interested in. It was about two weeks after that, that we received our money to purchase them. Adam kept in contact via emails and phone calls to keep us updated as to wether the vehicles were still there. Adam was extremely friendly but still kept his proffesionalism. He did everything possible to get us the best deals on the two vehicles. We went on a Saturday to purchase them and the dealorship was extremely busy. Even so, Adam gave us exceptional service. Shayne Goodson helped me set up the onstar and explained so many of the features that I had never dealt with before. I know that I asked him several questions and he took all the time I needed for me to understand the features. More

Long appt. but worth it. We went to see Zach at Belzer, our friend reffered him to us after he leased a truck from them. The dealership was buzzing with employees and customers but we felt like he was really trying to make sure he spent the time he needed to with us to make sure we got what we wanted! He brought Joe in to meet us to work out financing. We knew exactly how much we were willing/able to spend per month. Joe didnt really care about that, my trade in value seemed a little low. Then after a pretty long wait we met with Andy, who was awesome. He understood what our needs were and also that we were in a time crunch because we had already been there over 3 hours by this point. After, Andy helped us, we signed all the papers for my 2016 Chevy Traverse lease and Hunter brought us out to the newly detailed car! Pretty good experience but would have allotted more time than I initially expected. More
