Excellent truck buying experience My brother bought a new Chevrolet Silverado from Belzer's a year ago working with Donny Abboud and based on his experience and recommendation we decid My brother bought a new Chevrolet Silverado from Belzer's a year ago working with Donny Abboud and based on his experience and recommendation we decided to pay Belzer's a visit even though we lived two and a half hours away. We weren't planning to buy a new truck until spring of 2017 but the deals were just too good to pass up. Donny was also our salesman and we started out looking at the Silverados but just couldn't find the right deal so he asked if we were locked on the Chevrolet but we didn't have a specific brand that we were tied to if the deal was right. Donny worked tirelessly for at least a couple of hours to find us just the right deal and we purchased a Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab. After driving it a few days I couldn't be happier with my new truck. The service didn't end there as we worked with Michael Gittens for financing and he was tremendously helpful throughout. Cole Hawkins went through all the accessory options and recognized our distance so discussed options. And finally, John Borgert was our delivery coordinator and before we even got to that point he noticed that the passenger side mirror had a gouge and he had the mirror replaced so that when we went out to look over the truck and go over all the settings and setup everything was it perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Thanks to all. More

Great dealership I was looking for vehicle and somehow stumbled upon Jeff Belzer's on the internet, and could not have been happier with my overall experience. I was an out of state buyer, and wondered if I'd be given the time of day, considering I would be purchasing from out of state. I was able to work with Andy Macfarlane, whom I highly recommend. He was great from start to finish. Andy had a great attitude, and was very responsive wether it was via text or phone call, even after I was out of the door and the sale was complete. Didn't give up until I found what I wanted!! I told Joe what my wants and needs were and when I showed up he had a truck ready to test drive that wasn't the truck for me so we moved on to the nex I told Joe what my wants and needs were and when I showed up he had a truck ready to test drive that wasn't the truck for me so we moved on to the next, finally found what I really wanted but I couldn't get financing for that truck, Joe stayed positive,i was frustrated but we stayed at it then we found my truck a 2012 GMC Sierra and I was also introduced to Tim in special financing he was great he found a bank to finance me and the rate was fantastic, overall I'm extremely happy with Joe Lyons and my experience at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville.
