Great Service, Low Pressure Jesse was our salesman. He is great to work with and didn't pressure like some other dealers in town but did everything he could to help me find what Jesse was our salesman. Best deals in the state and good service I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ from Jeff Belzers and worked primarily with Tom Gorman. Tom was professional, courteous and I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ from Jeff Belzers and worked primarily with Tom Gorman. Tom was professional, courteous and open about how the cost of the vehicle was structured and what rebates, bonuses, and cash back was available. Before arriving, I had reviewed the prices of trucks at many other dealers in the state and the 'unconditional' price at Belzer's for this vehicle was a great deal. Although the vehicle was already at a fair price, Tom took more time to look into other avenues they have available for money back. During the discussion Tom did not apply pressure and allowed me plenty of room to consider the options as well as private time to review the purchase with my wife. I received a fair deal on my trade-in and Tom, Dan, Cole, and Alejandro all stayed an hour and a half late to help complete the purchase. This was a 'refreshing' way to purchase a new vehicle where I felt the dealer was making an effort to make the purchase price fair for both the dealer and the buyer with no games. I recommend Jeff Belzer's to everyone I know now. More

Worst Sales Experience Ever As a new customer to Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville we had the unfortunate draw of getting Jeremy Anderson as a Sales Consultant. Once he made the sale, As a new customer to Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville we had the unfortunate draw of getting Jeremy Anderson as a Sales Consultant. Once he made the sale, he was done with us. The vehicle that we purchased was not ready for delivery and upon calling Jeremy for a status update, he was rude, condescending and belittling. Basically it was not his problem and he had no desire to help us further. We will never do business with this dealership again which is unfortunate since everyone else we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. If you visit this dealership, stay far away from Jeremy Anderson. He has better things to do than help his customer and treat them right. More
