Paul Johnson was very thorough, explained details about the vehicle we were unfamiliar with made sure we were comfortable with everything. When it came down to deal, we got what we wanted, plain and simple. Very little negotiating needed and they were with us to get the price we wanted to pay. Josh the Finance guy was great too. Walked us through the whole Lease agreement since I had never done one before. Can't say enough good things about these guys. More

We had heard belzer had the best deals so that is where we decided to shop at first. I was quickly disappointed in how the salesperson handled the discussions. He was condescending and challenged us with "go ahead leave to another dealership" upon taking him up on that challenge, we proceeded to get up and head for the door, he swore under his breath at us. We asked to talk to manager and he refused. As a farewell, he joined the finance team behind the glass for a big laugh as we walked out the door. Thank goodness we had other options to buy from More

Poor Customer Service Made an appointment for 1:00 sat to see a suv, drive from roseville only to find out their parts guy has taken it for the weekend. So I say well lets see what you will give me for my trade in, only to be told they are too busy ( what about my time and gas ?). So I make another appointment for monday. I tell them what my limit is for a payment, what my 21 day payoff is on my jeep..their trade in offer is almost 2,000 lower then kelly blue book on my jeep. my jeep is in very good condition ... had a trade in offer from enterprise car sales for 14,100 and Carmax for 14,000 (not a scratch on it. ) So they keep me there for 3 hours while they send person after person to me trying to make it so I would not back out. then they are like ok your ready for finance, so I'm thinking ok they have my payment where I requested. Nope! finance guy tells me 370 and then gets all huffy puffy when i tell him NO. Then he's like I will see what I can do and he runs and gets my sales person to try and talk me into the payment, (its only 40.00 dollars more they say and i'm thinking then you eat it) I mean do they not speak English ? what about 337 firm on the payment do they not understand ? They did nothing with the price and the low trade in value I was told was because they are giving me 1,000 dollars for trading in a newer car ( you can see that scam on car soup when you find one of their used cars). That 1,000 should be on top of a fair trade in value ... Not low ball the trade to cover their incentive. More
